We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data), nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

• To manage our relationship with you which will include:(a) notifying you about changes to our terms or privacy policy; (b) asking you to leave a review or take a survey; or (c) dealing with your enquiries and complaints
• To register you as a new customer/user;
• To place a charitable class donation through the Site, or to process the creation of a charitable class or collect funds;
• To receive a donation from a purchase made on a merchant partner in the Change Commerce program;
• To enable you to partake in a prize draw, competition or complete a survey;
• To provide you with customized Site content, targeted offers, and advertising on the Site or via email, or across other websites, mobile applications, social media or online services, and to measure or understand the effectiveness of the advertising we serve to you;

No fee usually required

We may need to request specific information from you to help us verify and confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

Time limit to respond

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
