Authentifi, Inc. (a Delaware corporation) provides a platform for transparent charitable giving that allows donors to help individuals in need pay their utility bills and other expenses through local service providers .

  • Identity Data: includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier and title.
  • Contact Data: could include mailing address (for organization admin), email address and telephone numbers.
  • Transaction Data: includes payments details of transactions to and from you and details of products and services you have purchased from our merchant partners.
  • Profile Data: includes your username and password, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data), nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

  • To register you as a new customer/user;
  • To place a charitable class donation through the Site, or to process the creation of a charitable class or collect funds;
  • To receive a donation from a purchase made on a merchant partner in the Change Commerce program;

Time limit to respond

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
